Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 lg. portobello mushrooms
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 3 lg. garlic cloves
- 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Preheat grill. Wipe mushrooms clean with paper towels. Snap off mushroom stems and trim the ends. Cut the mushroom stems into thick slices. Brush mushrooms with oil. Arrange caps and stems on the grill with the rounded tops of the caps toward the source of the heat. Grill for 5 minutes, or until browned. In a small bowl, stir 2 Tbs. oil, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper to taste together. Turn mushroom pieces and brush with oil mixture. Cook until mushrooms are tender, 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
