Grilled Onions

Ingredients
- 4 lg. onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Peel onions and boil in water for 10 minutes. Drain well and cut into halves crosswise. Place on grill and sprinkle with parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook under low heat for 30 minutes. Add more oil before serving.
