Grilled Orange Balsamic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 10 boneless, skinless thighs
- 3 T. olive oil
- 3 T. honey
- ¾ C. orange marmalade
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 C. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper

Directions
Place the chicken into a baking pan. Spread the olive oil over the chicken. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the top. Place chicken onto a grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Meanwhile, mix the honey and orange marmalade in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add in the crushed red pepper and cornstarch. Place the grilled chicken back into the baking pan. Spread the saucepan mixture over the chicken. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top. Serve warm and enjoy!
