Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwiches

- 8 slices English muffin bread
- 1/2 C. peanut butter
- 2 medium bananas
- 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, softened
Spread 4 slices of bread with peanut butter. Slice bananas; arrange on peanut butter. Top with remaining slices of bread to make 4 sandwiches. Spread top bread slice of each sandwich with about 1 teaspoon butter. Place sandwiches, butter sides down, in skillet. Spread top bread slices with remaining butter. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat about 4 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until bottoms are golden brown and peanut butter is melted.
