  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 T. lemon zest
  • 4 T. lemon juice
  • 4 T. olive oil
  • ¼ C. fresh basil
  • ¼ C. toasted pine nuts
  • ¼ C. parmesan cheese
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Combine thyme, basil, pine nuts, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until well combined. Add in lemon zest, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and parmesan cheese.
