Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. chopped sage
- 2 Tbs. chopped basil
- 2 Tbs. chopped rosemary
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Mix oil, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Rub mixture over the tenderloins. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (or even overnight). Preheat grill. Grill tenderloins for 8 minutes, or until browned. Turn meat over and cook for another 7 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve.
