These little mushroom wedges are a great healthy snack or accompaniment to your main course.

  • 4 mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Place mushrooms on a tray with the undersides facing up.  Mix oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, then drizzle the mixture over the mushrooms.  Place mushrooms on the grill, then grill until tender.  To serve, cut into wedges.

Serve with: Steak with Hoisin Sauce
