Remove the stems of the portobellos and chop them. Make sure that they are clean. Saute the stems, basil leaves, and garlic in the oil and season it with 1/2 tsp. of lemon juice and pepper and salt. Brush the top of the mushrooms and tomatoes with olive oil and put them olive oil down on a warm BBQ grill for about 10 minutes. Turn the mushrooms and tomatoes over and put the garlic mixture over their undersides. Grill for another 5 minutes. Remove the mushrooms and tomatoes and drizzle them with the remaining lemon juice. Slice the baguette and toast them for a few minutes on the BBQ. Once the vegetables have cooled down, cut them into quarters and place them on the toasted baguette.
