These subtly seasoned wedges are much healthier than your ordinary French fries!

  • 4 Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Clean potatoes thoroughly.  Cut each potato into about 10 small wedges and place in a plastic bag.  Add salt, pepper, and onion powder, then shake contents of bag together to coat potatoes.  Place potatoes on the grill and cook until potatoes are tender.

Serve with: Lamb Burgers
