Grilled Ribeye Steaks
Serving Size / Yield
- ½ C. soy sauce
- ½ C. fresh green onions, sliced
- ¼ C. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ½ lb. ribeye steaks
Mix soy, green onion, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and ground pepper in a shallow dish. Add steaks to dish. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Warm grill over medium heat. Add steaks to grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or to desired temperature. Serve warm.
