  • 4 T-Bone Steaks
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to broil, or 450 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush vegetable oil on the steaks and then rub on the spice mix. Repeat on both sides. Place the pan in the oven and broil the steaks for 5-7 minutes on each sides. Serve immediately.
