Grilled Salmon With Lemon And Herb Butter
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Salmon Filets
- 3 Tbs. Butter, Softened
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest (Grated Peel)
- 1 tsp. Chives, Fresh, Chopped
- 1 tsp. Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
Directions
Place the butter, lemon juice, zest, and herbs in a food processor. Pulse until just blended. Place in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a cylinder. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Cut the salmon into two portions and grill. Cut the butter into 1/4-inch circles. Place the salmon on plates and immediately top with the butter circles. Serve immediately.
