A great addition to the summer BBQ tradition

Ingredients

  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 piece zucchini
  • 1 piece red pepper
  • 1 piece vidalia onion
  • 1 piece eggplant

Directions

Alternate vegetables on skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least ½ hour. Barbeque on grill, brushing occasionally with bottled teriyaki sauce. Just grill long enough to get the char marks.

  • This is a weird recipe. Are they saying that each skewer should have 1 mushroom, 1 piece zucchini, etc? If so, what is the amount of vegetables that are needed and how many servings does this make?
