  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 green bell peppers, tops and seeds removed
  • 1/3 cup water

Take out a large skillet and place over medium-high heat. Place beef in skillet and cook and stir until brown, which should take around 5 minutes. Drain and get rid of grease. In a large bowl, mix together the beef, tomatoes, rice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper and stuff each green bell pepper with this mixture. Place peppers on grill for about 2 minutes. Take out slow cooker and place grilled stuffed peppers inside. Put each reserved top back onto each pepper. Pour water inside slow cooker around the base of all of the peppers. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
