  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste (for veggies)
  • Marinade
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbs. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped

Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and then place the lamb chops inside to marinate. Let it marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Heat your grill and lightly oil the racks. Place the pork chops on top and cook for 2 minutes on each side, continuously basting with the marinade. Continue cooking them for two minutes on each side until they’re done. While the chops are cooking, grill the veggies as well with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
