  • 3 juice
  • 2 Tbs. Asian five-spice vinegar
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 8 skewers
  • 2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 2 Tbs. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 lb. unpeeled medium shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp grated lime rind

Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. In a bowl, combine the cilantro, pepper, lemon rind, lime juice, lime rind, orange juice, vinegar, oil, and lemon juice. Reserve 1/4 C. marinade and set aside. Combine the marinade and the shrimp in a large resealable bag. Shake to coat and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. thread 6 shrimp on each skewer and discard the marinade. Heat the grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp is done.
