This healthy and yummy side dish only requires 4 ingredients!

  • 1 lb. winter squash
  • 2 Tbs. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Remove seeds and fibers from squash and dice squash into small cubes.  Mix together margarine, salt, and pepper in a bowl.  Place squash on a tray on a grill and brush with sauce.  Grill until tender.
