  • 6 Tbs. olive oil, divided
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. beef top sirloin steak
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 C. red wine vinegar
  • 1 medium bunch romaine, torn

In a bowl, whisk together 1 Tbs. oil, 1 Tbs. mustard, salt, and pepper. Combine well and set aside. Grill the steak, covered, for 4 minutes on each side over medium high heat, or until the steak is prepared to preferred level of doneness. In a skillet, cook the mushrooms in 1 Tbs. oil until tender. Stir in the vinegar. 4 Tbs. oil, and 1 Tbs. mustard. Slice the steak against the grain and add it to the mushroom mixture. Serve over the romaine.
