Yes, you can make shortcake on the grill! It's fantastic!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cake, cut into 8 slices
  • 1/4 C. maple syrup
  • 2 C. fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 C. whipped topping

Directions

Place pound cake on the grill and brush with maple syrup.  Grill until cake is toasted and warm.  Serve with strawberry slices and whipped topping. 

Serve with: Coffee Amoretti
