  • 1 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 C. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 4 (6 oz.) salmon steaks

In a bowl, whisk together the oil, Dijon mustard, lime juice, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture into a shallow casserole dish and add the salmon. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour, flip, and marinate for an additional hour. Heat the grill to medium and grill the steaks over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily.
