Grilled Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients
- four 4-oz. Ahi tuna steaks
- 4 French bread rolls
- butter lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise
Directions
Mix together ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a bowl. Place tuna on grill and spoon soy sauce over each steak. Grill to desired doneness, then spread mayonnaise on the rolls, add lettuce and tomato, and place tuna on top.
