Grilled Tuna with Fresh Tomato Salsa
Ingredients
- 5 sprays low-fat cooking spray
- 4 medium steak tuna
- 300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium onion, red, chopped
- 55 g parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbs. capers
- 1 Tbs. lemon, zest
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Heat a frying pan or grill coated with cooking spray over high heat. Cook tuna, turning once, until just cooked through, about 6 minutes. For rare tuna, cook for less time, if desired. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Serve tuna with salsa dressing.
Yield: 4 servings
