Grilled Vegetable and Chicken Casserole
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 C. BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pkg. frozen corn and green bean mix
Heat the grill to a medium-high heat. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and brush with the BBQ sauce. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Continue to brush with sauce. Once the chicken is cooked, place it in the bottom of the pan and top with cheese. Sprinkle with cooked corn and green bean mix and sliced tomatoes. Serve warm.
