Whitefish is a nice, lean and great tasting fish. It is loaded with flavor and the spices that you’ll be adding will just enhance it and bring it to another level. The tartar sauce that is served with the fish add some great texture and taste to this fine meal.

  • 2 whitefish fillets
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup relish
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Pour olive oil on a pan over high heat
Place fillets on pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside
Combine mayonnaise, relish, and lime juice in a blender
Blend until to a creamy consistency
Serve fish with tartar on the side
