Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, mined
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 3/4 C. water
- 12 taco shells
- 2 tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- taco sauce
Directions
In skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, arrange taco shells on baking sheet lined with paper toweling. Warm in 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes. Stuff each of the taco shells with some meat mixture, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce.
