Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup of seasoned croutons, crushed
  • ½ cup of onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 4 burger buns
  • ½ cup of chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 slice of pepper jack cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

As a skillet preheats with oil, mix together the ground chicken, egg, crushed croutons, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape the ground chicken mixture into medium sized, oval patties and fry for 5 minutes on each side.
To construct the burger, place a heaping tablespoon of your favorite chipotle ranch dressing onto a bun with a slice of pepper jack cheese and lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
