  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 C. Soft bread crumbs
  • 1 C. Chopped celery
  • 1 C. Chopped onion
  • 1 C. Shredded carrot
  • 3 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 tsp. Salt

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Stir in bread crumbs, celery, onion, carrot and 1 teaspoon salt. Add meat, mix well. Cook half the mixture at a time until meat is lightly browned. Drain off fat. Cool. Measure 2 cup portions into each of five 16oz storage containers. Label with contents amount, and date. Freeze until ready for use.
