Guac Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 C. crushed taco shells
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 sm. tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 C. guacamole
- 5 hamburger buns, split, toasted, and buttered
Directions
Mix together ground beef, crushed taco shells, milk, and onion salt. Shape into 5 patties. Grill over hot coals 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Stir tomato into guacamole. Top each burger with guacamole and serve on buns.
