Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, chopped
- 1 Tbs. diced onion
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 C. celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix the avocados, onion and lemon juice in an electric blender until they are smooth. Beat the cream cheese until it is light. Then add it to the avocado mixture. Add the celery, chili powder and salt. Serve immediately.
Serve with: Tortillas
