  • 8 oz. mashed potatoes
  • 8 oz. pasta, cooked (could be leftover mac and cheese)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. leftover ham, shredded
  • leftover asparagus, chopped roughly
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 2 C. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 1/2 C. chili sauce
  • 2 tbs. taco seasoning
  • 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Toppings: sour cream, salsa

Mix all the ingredients except the cheese in a large bowl. Empty the bowl in a greased 9X13 casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and settle for 10 minutes prior to serving.
