This is a recipe I threw together one afternoon to use up some leftover ham. It's definitely a comfort food!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make French bread dough in bread machine on dough/pasta setting. When done, remove and divide in half. Roll 1/2 out into a round piece (to fit on pizza stone). In a small bowl, combine mustard and mayo. Transfer the rolled out dough to the pizza stone. Spread half to 3/4 of the mayo mixture on the rolled out dough, leaving about an inch border around the edge.Lay slices of cheese on the dough. Place ham on the cheese, spreading evenly. Place the second layer of cheese on top of the ham. Spread the remaining mayo mixture on the cheese. Roll out the second half of the dough and place on top of the layered piece. To seal, turn the dough in and pinch the seams inward. Brush the beaten egg on the entire pie. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
