Ham and Cheese Rolls
Serving Size / Yield
- 8 oz crescent-roll dough
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 to 2 slices cooked ham, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 C grated Cheddar, plus more for topping
- 1 large lightly beaten egg
Preheat oven to 375º, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out dough. Cut into 8 long sections and separate. Spread a portion of mustard over each piece of dough and top said mustard with diced ham and grated cheese.
Roll the dough lengths around their filling several times and place on a baking sheet. Brush the crescent sides with egg batter and top the mouth of each with a pinch of grated cheese. Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until golden.
