Ham and Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese -- softened
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2 Tbs. onion soup mix
- 1 C. chopped fully cooked ham
- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C. minced fresh parsley
- assorted crackers
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and soup mix until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Mold or place in container. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers or breads.
