  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 C. diced ham
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ham for 5 to 6 minutes. Whisk eggs and milk in small bowl. Mix ham with egg mixture. Pour in baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.
