Ham and Swiss Scallop
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. margarine
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 C. milk
- 1 C. (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 C. potato slices
- 2 C. ham cubes
- 1/2 C. green onion slices
Directions
Melt the margarine; add the flour. Whisk and heat a couple of minutes. Gradually add milk, stirring, to make a white sauce. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F
for 1 hour. Uncover; continue baking 30 minutes longer.
