Ham and Swiss Scallop

An easy baked meal with cheesy potatoes, ham, and green onion.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. margarine
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 C. (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 C. potato slices
  • 2 C. ham cubes
  • 1/2 C. green onion slices

Directions

Melt the margarine; add the flour. Whisk and heat a couple of minutes. Gradually add milk, stirring, to make a white sauce. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F

for 1 hour. Uncover; continue baking 30 minutes longer.

Serves 6
