Ingredients

  • 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (thawed)
  • 3 pieces of thinly sliced honey baked ham (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • ½ cup of mushrooms
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
  • ½ cup of tomato sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 400°F. Unfold the pastry sheet on a surface that is flowered and then form into a square/rectangle. Prick the pastry sheet with a fork thoroughly and then layer the oil over top. Bake for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix together tomato sauce and chopped tomato. Take pastry sheet out of oven and layer tomato sauce on the pastry. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, basil, mushrooms, and ham over whole pizza. Bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
