Ham BBQ
Ingredients
- 1 C. ketchup
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. red or grape jelly
- 1/2 Tbs. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs. water
- 1 lb. chipped ham, sliced (deli counter will be familiar with this)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except ham in a sauce pan and let simmer for 1 hour. Then put the chipped ham in a few a slices at a time, making sure each slice is covered by the sauce. Stir until ham is heated through. Serve on hamburger buns.
