Ham BBQ

This is very easy to make and it's also great with cocktail meatballs!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. ketchup
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. red or grape jelly
  • 1/2 Tbs. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 lb. chipped ham, sliced (deli counter will be familiar with this)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ham in a sauce pan and let simmer for 1 hour. Then put the chipped ham in a few a slices at a time, making sure each slice is covered by the sauce. Stir until ham is heated through. Serve on hamburger buns.
