  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 C. non-fat milk
  • 2 Tbs. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 C. ham steak, diced
  • 1/2 C. cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. cilantro, chopped

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Mix eggs, egg whites and milk in medium bowl. Add mustard, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and ham. Mix well. Transfer to 7-by-11-inch baking dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
