  • 12 oz. uncooked rotini
  • 3 C. half-and-half
  • 2 C. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 C. frozen sweet peas, thawed
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 12 oz. cooked ham steak, chopped
  • 1 jar refrigerated Alfredo sauce

Prepare a slow cooker with cooking spray. Cook the rotini in a saucepan and drain. Place the noodles in a slow cooker. Add the half-and-half, 1 cup cheese, peas, mustard, ham, and Alfredo sauce. Stir to blend. Add the rest of the cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Serve when the cheese is melted and bubbling.
