Ingredients

  • 1 med. potato
  • two 10-oz. cans cream of celery soup
  • one 14-oz. can chicken broth
  • 3 C. finely diced ham
  • one 15-oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • one 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets

Cut potato into 1-inch pieces. Combine all ingredients except broccoli in a large slow cooker.  Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.  Add broccoli to cooker and cook 1 hour more.
