Easy and quick, a simple breakfast sandwich is my favorite thing to make in the morning. Topped with delicious melted cheese, ham and egg on a toasted English muffin, this quick meal is great to eat at home or on the go. For an easy morning, make these ahead of time and put them in the freezer. Two minutes in the microwave in the morning and they'll be ready to go!

  • 4 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 American cheese slices
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Butter

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Take a baking tray and line it with some tin foil and arrange both ends of the English muffin on it.

Layer the bottom half with a slice of cheese and ham. Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the muffins have toasted.

Meanwhile, prepare a pan and fry the eggs. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper.

Remove the English muffins from the oven. Spread some butter on the top layer and finally add the fried egg on top of the ham and cheese layer. Put on the top of the muffin and serve warm.
