This is quick & easy. It's not only nice to have for breakfast but it can be mixed together the night before & baked in morning. Also good to have for a brunch.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. margarine
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 8-oz. jar Cheese Whiz
  • 1 C. diced cooked potato
  • 1 C. diced ham
  • 1/4 C. diced onion (optional)

Directions

Melt margarine in 9-inch pie pan. Mix all ingredients together and put in pie pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until eggs are firm.
