Ham & Hash Browns

Ingredients
- one 26-oz. pkg. frozen hash browns with onion and peppers, thawed
- 2-3 C. cooked, chopped ham
- one 16-oz. carton sour cream
- one 8-oz. pkg. shredded cheddar-jack cheese
- one 3-oz. can french-fried onion rings
Directions
In a large skillet, brown hash browns in a little oil. Transfer to a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Combine ham, sour cream, and cheese. Mix into hash browns. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle onion rings on top of cheese when serving.
