  • 1 box rotini pasta
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup + 12oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1-2lbs honey glazed ham, chopped into bite size pieces

Cook the pasta according to the box for al dente, drain and set aside. In a large pot, melt the butter, add flour and mix. Cook until browned, add cayenne and milk, one cup at a time. Heat until the sauce thickens, stirring often. Add the salt, pepper, oregano and cheeses. Mix until smooth and well combined. Add the ham and cook for 3 minutes. Add the pasta and mix well before serving.
