Ham & Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 C. (uncooked) macaroni
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/3 C. chopped celery
- 3 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 1/4 C. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 C. diced ham
Directions
Cook macaroni as directed on package. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 10 minutes. Add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat, until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken soup. Add diced ham. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
