Ham Rolls

If you do not want bite sized ham roll ups, buy larger, fresh scallions. When rolling up the ham slice leave the scallion coming out one end and do not cut into pieces. These make a nice appetizer to look at as well as eat.

Spread each ham slice with 1-2 tablespoons softened cream cheese, cafefully, not to rip through the ham. Place one scallion at the end of the ham slice and roll up. You may need to cut the ends if the scallion is too long. Slice ham/cheese roll in approximately 1/2 inch pinwheel slices for appetizers.
