Serving Size / Yield
- 1 pkg. boiled ham slices (rectangles-in lunch meat section)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 10-12 small green scallions
Spread each ham slice with 1-2 tablespoons softened cream cheese, cafefully, not to rip through the ham. Place one scallion at the end of the ham slice and roll up. You may need to cut the ends if the scallion is too long. Slice ham/cheese roll in approximately 1/2 inch pinwheel slices for appetizers.
