Ham Tacos with Beans

Ingredients
- 8 taco shells
- 1 C. diced fully cooked ham
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 8 oz. refried beans
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- dash garlic powder
- 1 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- shredded lettuce
- 1 med. tomato, chopped
- taco sauce

Directions
Warm taco shells according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, brown the ham in butter. Stir in refried beans, sour cream, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until heated through. Spoon ham filing into warm taco shells. Sprinkle cheese and lettuce on each taco. Top with chopped tomato and taco sauce.
