  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 125 grams shaved ham

Grease a muffin tin and line the muffin tin with paper liners. Cut the ham into small pieces and grate the zucchinis. In a bowl, whisk the buttermilk, eggs, and oil together. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and then add the cheese, grated zucchini and the ham. Mix everything together and then pour the buttermilk bowl into the ham and zucchini bowl. Mix and then pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
