Hamburger Casserole with Carrots
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 pkg. shredded potatoes
- 2 large shredded onions
- 5-6 large shredded carrots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
Cook meat and drain off all grease and put in a casserole dish. Layer the potatoes then onion then carrots on top of this and spread the soup to cover all the ingredients. Put the cheese on top of the soup. I have used sliced mushrooms instead of the onions and also have used two cans of soup to make it a little creamier. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
