Ingredients

  • 6 ½-pound beef burgers, crumbled
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped celery rib
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 2 cans beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons steak sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Shredded Cheese

Directions

In a large pot with a lid, cook the beef, green pepper, celery, and onion over medium heat. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer without the lid for 30 minutes. Divide into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
